How can we help?

Use /start in the Telegram bot and open Register Now. You must be at least 18, complete the registration form, verify your email, and use the secure link in that email to connect your Telegram account. SurveyHustler does not ask you for an account password in Telegram.

Your SurveyHustler ID is a permanent code created after registration. It is shown in the bot above available surveys. Enter the complete ID in a survey's Google Form exactly as shown.

Open /menu, choose Answer Surveys, and select an eligible survey. If it has a qualifying question, answer that first. Submit the Google Form with your exact SurveyHustler ID, then return to the bot and choose Confirm Entry. One survey can reward you only once.

A survey reward is added only after the exact SurveyHustler ID is found in a Google Form response submitted during the user's current attempt. One survey can reward the same person only once. The survey screen shows the reward for each available survey.

When no active eligible survey is available, the bot may show upcoming surveys you can follow. You can follow each survey once and unfollow it. If it becomes active, SurveyHustler can alert you by Telegram and email.

Open /menu and choose Upload Surveys. The bot gives you a secure web link. Add one required Short answer question titled exactly 'SurveyHustler ID', securely connect the Google account that owns the Form, choose the Form, choose your audience, and review the details before saving or publishing. SurveyHustler does not ask for a Google Sheet or a pasted Form link.

An eligible account starts with two chances to publish a new survey with its first 10 responses funded by SurveyHustler. A chance is used only when an eligible survey is committed. After those 10 verified responses, the next introductory batch is exactly 40 responses with 25% off the response cost; the service fee is not discounted.

For the current Free-account flow, the normal response price is NGN 150 for each requested response. The service fee is NGN 100 plus 10% of the response cost. The checkout page shows the full saved price before payment. Browser redirects alone do not activate a paid survey; SurveyHustler verifies the payment with KoraPay.

Golden Egg surveys are highlighted above regular surveys. In the current paid Free-account flow, adding Golden Egg costs NGN 200 for each response. It is not available for the free first 10-response batch.

My Drafts contains surveys saved before publication. Opening the correct draft resumes its existing setup. Editing or saving a draft does not use a free-offer chance, take money, or publish the survey. Its price and setup are checked again before payment or publication.

The invited person must use your unique link, verify their email, connect one unique Telegram account, and complete an accepted activity. An accepted activity includes a verified survey completion or following an upcoming survey. Free members earn SH 100 and active Pro members earn 3× rewards — SH 300 — when the referral becomes verified. Each reward is paid once.

Ten Hustle Coins equal NGN 1. Your available balance, top-up, withdrawal, and transaction history are under Wallet. The current minimum withdrawal is SH 5,000. The withdrawal fee is SH 700 up to SH 10,000, SH 1,100 from SH 10,001 to SH 50,000, and SH 1,500 above SH 50,000; the fee is deducted from the payout shown before you continue. Withdrawals wait for admin approval.

Pro costs NGN 3,000 per exact 7-day week or NGN 10,000 per exact 30-day month. You can buy 1–12 periods with Kora. Renewal opens three days before expiry. Pro includes 100 weekly AI credits (chat 2, summary 2, PDF 15); weekly credits expire and purchased credits do not. NGN 100 survey responses, advanced filters and qualifying questions, AI analysis, an ad-free experience, SH 300 referral rewards, and permission to submit up to two paid ads every seven days with a 48-hour gap.

Survey checkout with Hustle Coins is not available in the current product yet. Use the payment option shown in the survey checkout. Do not send coins or money directly to anyone claiming they can activate a survey outside the official flow.

The refund basis is still awaiting a confirmed business decision. SurveyHustler will not guess or automatically promise a refund amount. Please create a support case so a person can review the payment and unserved responses.
