1. Agreement and service

By creating an account or continuing after an updated version is presented, you agree to these Terms. SurveyHustler connects eligible people with surveys and related services, provides tools for survey creators, and records rewards in Hustle Coins. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, with notice where a change materially affects you.

You must provide accurate information and promptly correct it. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. One person may hold only one account unless approved. Keep your password, email and Telegram account secure and promptly report suspected misuse.

Existing verified users found to be under 18 are restricted from surveys, uploads, referrals, top-ups, subscriptions, advertising and marketing. Their honestly earned balance remains protected until age 18, or they may request one reviewed withdrawal of the complete available balance with the usual minimum waived and SurveyHustler paying the fee. Bank verification and human review still apply.

3. Survey participation and ownership

Answer honestly, follow each survey's instructions and submit the SurveyHustler ID and email requested for matching. False, duplicate, automated or manipulated responses may be rejected. Survey creators own their survey content and are responsible for lawful questions, eligibility rules and use of responses.

Where Google Forms is used, the creator controls the form and permissions they grant. SurveyHustler may help configure or validate a form, but Google remains a separate service. Raw legacy answers are not imported into active surveys.

4. Hustle Coins, pricing, withdrawals and refunds

Ten Hustle Coins equal NGN 1 within the service. Coins are a contractual reward balance, not bank money, cryptocurrency or an investment. Prices, fees and the amount you receive are shown before confirmation. Withdrawals require verified details, available funds and review; provider or bank delays may occur.

We correct duplicate or erroneous credits and provide refunds required by law or the stated product rule. Completed response costs remain spent. Unused funded response amounts may be refunded under the applicable survey policy. Chargebacks, unpaid checkouts and unclear legacy items are investigated before credit.

5. Pro, referrals, advertising and AI assistance

Pro benefits, duration, renewal status and price are disclosed at checkout. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available. Referral rewards apply only when published conditions are met; self-referral, duplicate accounts and reward manipulation are prohibited.

Advertisers are responsible for lawful, accurate content and landing pages. Approval is not endorsement. Promotional delivery respects each recipient's channel choices.

Pro analysis uses credits. Weekly allowances expire at the displayed reset time and do not accumulate. Purchased credits do not expire; active Pro is needed to use them. Action prices are shown before use. A new or regenerated PDF costs the displayed document price; downloading the same completed report again is free. Failed processing releases its credit reservation, subject to the original weekly expiry. Current pack prices and quantities are disclosed before payment.

Some tools use OpenRouter and its selected model provider to help draft or analyse content. Outputs may be inaccurate and must be checked. Administrative AI analysis is advisory, receives a bounded or redacted evidence set where practicable, and never makes the final adverse decision.

6. Prohibited conduct and intellectual property

Do not impersonate others, attack or scrape the service, bypass security or eligibility checks, submit unlawful or harmful material, manipulate balances, trade accounts, spam users, infringe rights, or use bots without written permission. We may preserve evidence and proportionately restrict, suspend or close an account while investigating.

SurveyHustler's branding, software and original service content belong to SurveyHustler Technologies or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit while granting us the limited rights needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service.

7. Reviews, complaints and consumer rights

Material suspensions, withdrawal decisions and disputed adjustments receive human review. Contact hello@surveyhustler.com with your account details and requested outcome. We investigate fairly and explain the result where lawful. You may also use the rights and remedies described by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or apply to a competent court.

8. Third parties, liability, law and changes

Telegram, Mailjet, KoraPay, Google, OpenRouter and our hosting/database providers supply separate services under their own terms. Listing them does not mean they endorse SurveyHustler. We do not exclude liability Nigerian law does not permit us to exclude. To the lawful extent, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach, not loss caused solely by unlawful user conduct or an independent provider outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. We present material changes for acceptance before further account activity where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
